We currently ship from the UK and aim to dispatch all orders with care and attention.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
During launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Domestic: 2-5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Cultural Threads is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to refund or replace orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
