We hope you love your piece from Cultural Threads. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With any tags attached

To start a return, please contact us at culturalthreadsltd@gmail.com with your order number. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Final sale items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Crafted pieces

Because our pieces are thoughtfully made and embroidered, minor variations are part of the craft and are not considered defects.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
